WeeCare is looking for a bright, energetic, experienced frontend engineer who wants to make a significant impact on the childcare industry. As a senior frontend engineer, you will work directly with the engineering and product team to:
- Lead the development efforts for our user facing product
- Architect frontend codebases & push for coding best practices
- Work within a tight-knit agile team to deliver on product goals
You’ll excel at this role if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience architecting leading-edge web applications
- Have expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JS, & PHP
- Have expertise with modern frontend frameworks (React, vue, Angular)
- Have expertise building traditional SEO friendly web sites
- Have expertise working with RESTful APIs & JSON
- Enjoy building beautiful UI/UX
- Enjoy knowledge sharing with team members
- Enjoy working within a data-driven team
- Can provide technical specifications and feedback to product managers and designers
- Have experience working with CI/CD pipelines and testing (e.g. Jenkins/Selenium)
- Love building marketplaces
- Are detail oriented and rarely have things slip through the cracks
- Can propose architectural designs to the rest of the team
- Enjoy improving/maintaining application performance
