What will you do?
You will lead a team of consultants in the delivery of a complex project within the mining sector. Overseeing all elements of the project to ensure timely delivery in a complex and technically challenging environment.
Who are you?
As a senior mining operations expert you will be fluent in Russian and English with deep experience in managing complex projects within mining and metals. You will also:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or an MBA related to
- Have at least15 years of experience in managing complex projects and leading large-scale mining/heavy industry operations, directing senior leadership and handling relationships with a range of government bodies.
- Have a track record of managing projects financed by international financial organisations/agencies.
- Have a demonstrable track record in managing and delivering complex projects with a relevant qualification in project management.
- Be fluent in English and Russian
- Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset willing to develop key expertise in safety and operations management
